Mustard Seeds Therapy is a Nevada-based therapy practice with locations across Pahrump, Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite, and Elko. We provide Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Therapy (SLP) for children and adults, with services available in-home, in-clinic, and via telehealth.
Our therapists work with pediatric clients from infancy through adolescence, addressing developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, communication disorders, and motor difficulties. For adults, we support recovery from injury, management of chronic conditions, and rebuilding the daily functional skills that matter most.
Every client at Mustard Seeds starts with a thorough evaluation. From there, treatment is built around that individual, their goals, their environment, and their pace. Nothing is templated. Progress is tracked consistently, and plans evolve as clients grow.
We offer three ways to receive care because we know life doesn’t always fit a clinic schedule. In-home sessions bring therapy directly into the spaces where clients live and function. Clinic appointments offer a structured, focused setting. Telehealth sessions provide flexibility without sacrificing quality delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
